What is the standard delivery schedule for collegiate orders?

Collegiate product production and ship times will vary based on the product(s) selected and individual options chosen. Please note that EACH INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT has an estimated delivery time shown at the individual product pages throughout our site. As a general rule, the following shows the collegiate product category approximate ship times.
* Collegiate Jewelry Orders: Approximately 2 weeks
* Collegiate Rings: Approximately 4-6 weeks
* Collegiate Watches: Approximately 5-7 business days
* Collegiate Fashion Jewelry: Approximately 5-7 business days
* Collegiate Tailgate Gear: Approximately 1-4 business days

Delivery Times:

In addition to the manufacturing/processing times, add 3-5 business days for Standard UPS or FedEx ground shipping (depending on destination). Packages are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping for APO/FPO, U.S. Territories and international is approximately 1-2 weeks via U.S. Postal Service. Please note: We are unable to deliver UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day to a P.O. Box address.

Why do you charge tax online?

All orders originating in the state of Alabama are subject to state and city tax as required by law due to our Company's corporate location in Montgomery, AL. The exact amount of sales tax applied to your online order will appear in the order review screen once you have entered your zip code.

What credit cards do you accept for payment?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout. If you would like to pay via your regular checking account, we also offer MyeCheck. Layaway is also offered on qualifying purchases through eLayaway.com

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address by completing our online service request form or by contacting Customer Service at (334) 558-0864 M-F from 8 AM to 6 PM CST. If your order has already been processed or shipped we will not be able to make any changes.

What is our Standard Return Policy on our collegiate merchandise?

If, for some reason, you would like to return an item you have purchased from us, you MUST contact our customer service department (334-558-0864) within 3 business days of receipt of the product for return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping to Tennessee Vols Watch. Items must be returned in new and unused condition and contain ALL original materials included with shipment. A restock fee will apply and varies depending on manufacturer/supplier of the collegiate products you wish to return. Our Customer Service Department will calculate the restock fee when you call for authorization. Once we receive your returned product, examine and determine it qualifies for a return, you will be credited for the total fee paid for the product, minus the restock fee. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

What is the difference between 10K, 14K and 18K gold? All Tennessee Vols Watch collegiate jewelry and watches are made by Herff Jones jewelry and is available in an array of metal choices. The metal choices available are:
Yellow Gold, Ultrium, White Gold, Gold Plated, Sterling Silver, Extreme Silver Alloy™

Yellow Gold - The proportion of gold in jewelry is measured in Karats (K). Pure gold is 24K. 18K gold is 18/24 (75%) pure gold. 14K gold is 14/24 pure gold. 10K gold is 10/24 pure gold. The remaining parts are comprised of other fine metals.

Sterling Silver - Alloy consisting of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals

Ultrium - Non-precious metal alloy

Gold Plated ῜ Metal that has been plated with a layer of gold

Sterling Silver - Alloy consisting of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals *Not all products are available in all metals

What is the order cancellation policy?

All orders that are cancelled more than 3 days (72 hours) after order receipt date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, up to a maximum of $50.00 US. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

What is your collegiate jewelry warranty policy?

All LogoArt collegiate pieces by Herff Jones (jewelry and watches only) carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. You may return defective merchandise within thirty days for full credit or replacement.

Please send the product via a traceable and/or insured method to the address below within 30 days of shipment. In addition, be sure to complete a Merchandise Return Form and include it with a copy of your Tennessee Vols Watch invoice with your return package.

What is your collegiate watch warranty policy?

All watches carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and can be returned for repair at no charge. Please note that watch straps, bracelets, and crystals are not covered under the warranty.
Watches that have been damaged or abused will be subject to repair costs plus a shipping charge of $9.00 which must be sent with the watch for repair. Customers will be contacted with an estimate of repair cost if the repair is not covered under warranty. Normal wear is not covered under the warranty. Please be sure to complete a Merchandise Return Form and include it with a copy of the original invoice with your return package. Return watch to:

What is the return policy?

Product returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the ship date for reasons unrelated to a quality defect or incorrect item. Returned products are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of order value, less shipping and handling fees. Custom-made products are not returnable; this includes all rings and any other non-stock jewelry items. Customer is responsible for any postal or shipping charges incurred in returning the product to Herff Jones LogoArt Division.

Does the Tennessee Vols Watch Lifetime Warranty on watches & jewelry cover loss or theft?

The Lifetime Warranty on collegiate jewelry and watches does not cover the loss or theft of Herff Jones product carried by Tennessee Vols Watch
